It's time to ride

Well, it's official. It's time for me to start training. It's been difficult to see everyone riding so well. But, now is the time to begin. I have my eyes on June and July.

If this sounds like positive self talk, your right.

I've done the two things that needed to occur so that I can make the best of the season. I've returned to the best possible diet that I can eat. (Oatmeal, honey, grape juice and an occasional egg for breakfast; apples, grapes, blueberries and almonds as snacks during the day; black beans, brown rice, raw celery, raw broccoli, raw carrots for lunch; Salmon or chicken and vegatables with a spinach salad for dinner) .

I'm getting the rest that I need. In the bed by 9:30pm(9:00 if possible).

Now that these things are done, the foundation is laid for a great season. I don't expect to be a factor for a couple months. But it should be fun. I want the form that I had two years ago. Last year was a successful year. However, the form that I had was a result of the efforts from the previous year.

Here are the goals:
To be the best cycling team member ever!
To have the best possible form and fitness!
To help the Mobile Velo team take 1st in points for a second season in a row!
